ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Delinquent Accounts
- Accounts are delinquent if payment is not received by the last day of the billing month.
- A 10% late fee will apply to delinquent accounts.
- A 10% late fee will apply to delinquent accounts after a second month.
Water Service Re-connect
- If an account has been delinquent for two consecutive months the account will recieve a 72 hour notice of shutoff. If the delinquent amount still has not been paid the service will be shut off and a $200.00 non-refundable re-connect fee will be applied to the account.
Returned Checks
- There is a $50.00 bank charge for each returned (bounced) check. This is a bank levied fee and is non re-fundable and non-negotiable.
